By submitting the Contest Entry to ICONIC FAMILY LOVE SHORT VIDEO CONTEST 2020, the Contestant shall be deemed to have read, understood, accepted and agree to be bound by the below Terms and Conditions.

Contest Period

Iconic Parent’s Day Contest is held from 23^rd May 2020, Saturday to 7^th June 2020, Sunday (11.59pm).

Announcement of Winner: 10^th June 2020, Wednesday

Prize Giving: 13^th June 2020, Saturday @Iconic Development Sales Gallery

Steps:  

1. Like and follow ‘Iconic Development’ Facebook page
2. Upload a creative video (max 60 seconds length) of you and your parents featuring 1 of our Iconic’s colour (Red / Green / Orange)
3. Caption on your love towards your parents and hashtag #iconic #iconicfamluv
4. Tag 3 friends and set your post PUBLIC!

Terms & Conditions

1. This contest is open to PUBLIC.
2. This contest is from 23^rd May 2020, Saturday TO 7^th June 2020, Sunday.
3. All entries submitted must be the owner and authorized by the video’s owner.
4. Each Facebook account is only eligible to submit one posting.
5. One winner per family & prize redemption will be held at Iconic Sales Gallery.
6. Any entries which deem offensive or inappropriate will be immediately disqualified.
7. The winner’s announcement made by the organiser is final and no correspondence will be All winners will be notified by the Organizer through Facebook private message. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the winner if the winner does not respond within 24 hours.
8. The prizes are as stated and neither transferable nor for-sale. No cash alternatives will be offered. The organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equivalent or greater value, to be determined at the organizer’s sole discretion.
9. The submitted information/details shall adhere to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
10. All contestant must, at organizer’s request and free of any charge, participate in any promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the receiving of the prize, and he/she consents to the organizer using his/her name and/or image in any marketing promotional material.
11. The Organizer reserves the right to change/amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
