Buyer Get Buyer Programme (BGB)

The Buyer Get Buyer Reward Programme is only applicable for introduction of purchaser who is non-existing buyer at the point of purchase. The Introducer fee is subject to the following terms and conditions:-


  1. The Buyer Get Buyer Programme is only applicable for new purchase of “Iconic Regency” and valid until 30th Jun 2020.
  2. The programme is exclusively open to all existing purchasers of properties developed by Iconic Group of Companies. (herein after refer as “Introducer”)
  3. Only entries made on original Buyer Get Buyer Programme form will be considered eligible (herein after refer as “BGBP form”).
  4. Employees of Iconic Group of Companies are not eligible to participate in this programme.
  5. The Introducer must inform and identify the new buyer to Iconic Group in advance and such introduction shall be made before the new buyer signs the booking form and pays the booking fee for the purchase of the Iconic Property. Any Introducer who has failed to comply with the requirements will be disqualified.
  6. Introducer information such as name, NRIC, contact number, unit number & project name must be clearly stated in the BGBP form.
  7. The Introducer who successfully introduces a new buyer will be entitled to the cash rewards (“Introducer Fee”) amount as per stipulated in BGBP form.
  8. There will be no limit to the number of referrals.
  9. The new buyer(s) must complete their purchase in order for the Introducer to qualify for the cash reward.
  10. The new buyer(s) must execute the Sale & Purchase Agreement within 30 days from the booking date.
  11. The introducer fees shall be paid within fourteen (14) days after the Developer’s receipt of the full payment or disbursement from financial institution for the Stage 2 (a) billings of the Sales & Purchase Agreement on the unit purchased by the new purchaser.
  12. All participants are subjected to terms and conditions herein stipulated. Iconic Group reserves the right to change the terms and conditions herein without any prior notice whatsoever to any participant but all participants shall be bound to or by such changes.
  13. In the event of any dispute(s) whatsoever, the decision by Iconic Group shall be final, conclusive and binding.
